Our Services
Training
We offer training to help home sharing providers stay informed and prepared in a changing world. HSSSBC hosts events where providers can learn directly from experts in a range of fields and connect with others in the home sharing community. We also cover the full cost of a comprehensive harm reduction course to support safe and informed care. In addition, providers can access high quality online learning through Open Future Learning to build skills at their own pace.

Recruitment Support
HSSSBC provides recruitment support to help community living agencies find qualified prospective home sharing providers. Through regular check-ins, experience working with agencies across the province, and region-specific strategies tailored to your agency’s needs, we help expand your reach and connect you with interested applicants. By engaging with prospective providers before introducing them to agencies, we help reduce the time and effort required for pre-screening, allowing your team to focus on finding the right fit.
