About the Individual
This individual enjoys going to the pool, museum, butterfly world, shopping, and library. They also enjoy baking.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the individual with daily living tasks
- Providing guidance, organization, and planning support
- Assisting with the completion of tasks when needed
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge and experience in trauma-informed care and be able to provide support in a safe, respectful, and person-centred manner.
- An understanding of ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) is also important, including awareness of how it can impact daily routines, nutrition, and overall well-being.
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust and consistency would be valuable assets in this role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 19 years of age
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Satisfactory home study
- Satisfactory criminal record check
- First aid / CPR certificate
- Driver’s License
- Satisfactory health confirmed by doctor
