The Home Sharing Support Society BC (HSSSBC) enlisted the services of Reciprocal Consulting (RCI), an award winning research firm, bringing others along is at the centre of their work in evaluation, research and storytelling. Their team takes a human-center approach to Indigenous culturally responsive evaluation. With expertise in the development of measurement, evaluation frameworks, and research plans, Reciprocal Consulting provides clear qualitative and quantitative data suited for technical and community-friendly reports. They are committed to OCAP/OCAS principles and ethical research practices.
The HSSSBC wanted to learn more about how we can begin to support culturally safe home sharing. These recommendations and the conversation tool are a result of this work.
