Notice of the HSSSBC Annual General Meeting
The Home Sharing Support Society BC is pleased to announce they will hold their first Annual General Meeting!
Date: Oct 17, 2023
Time: 4:00 PM.
Location: The meeting will be held via zoom.
The AGM is a forum for members to hear from and ask questions of leadership, provide input on governance and address other Society matters. It is a time for the Co-Chairs to reflect on the previous year and set out their vision for the year ahead. Lastly, the AGM includes the Nominations Committee report, where members can vote to ratify proposed individuals for the Board of Directors.
Non-members are welcomed to attend the Annual General Meeting as guests and as observers. Non-members have no rights with reference to the Annual General Meeting. Co-Chairs have the power to remove non-members from the meeting at any time.
