In the HSP Awards 2024, we accept nominations via written form or through an online form for the awards: the Inspiration Award, Rising Star Award, Long-Term Service Award, and HSP of the Year Award. To submit an online form, please refer to each award page for details. For written form submissions, we accept submissions:

All nominations must include the following documents:
- Nomination form
- Photograph & Video Release Form signed by the nominee
- A recent photo of the nominee that clearly shows their face
- Videos
Only text content will be accepted for mail submissions. If you wish to submit a video format, please do so through the online form or via email.
All nominations must answer all required questions unless indicated otherwise.
All nominations must be submitted by November 18, 2024, at 23:59. Please allow enough mailing time for mail submissions.

Nomination Forms
The Nomination Form is compulsory for each submission. It provides the necessary information for us to get to know the nominee, and most importantly, it showcases each nominee’s story as a home sharing provider. These stories highlight how home sharing providers contribute to building an inclusive community and how they make a difference in someone’s life.
Photograph & Video Release Form
As part of the award nomination process, we require a Photo and Video Release Form to ensure we have permission to feature nominees in our event materials. This form allows us to share their inspiring stories through photos and videos, helping to highlight their contributions and celebrate their achievements in a meaningful way. By sharing these visuals, we can showcase the incredible impact of home sharing providers and bring their stories to life for a wider audience.
